Financial Info

Payment for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided.  We are a contactless administrative office, so please submit your insurance information and payment as you will be directed by our staff on line.  Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan which fits your timetable and budget, and gives you the best possible care.  We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express, Care Credit.

We accept major insurance plans, we encourage you to provide us with the most accurate insurance information prior to your appointment, so that we can confirm your coverage and eligibility in advance and don't waist your valuable chair time on hold with insurance companies. As a courtesy we do our best to collect as much information as possible, and  encourage you to become  familiar with your dental benefit insurance plan.

We also provide in-house membership dental plans so please feel free to contact us for more information. 

We will collect  the estimated amount insurance is not expected to pay on the day of service and will submit your claim on your behalf,  We can not take responsibility for any errors in filing your insurance claim,  when the information you have provided us is incorrect.
